Job Description Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and devise personalized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional objectives Implement Effective Therapies: Apply research-based methods to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with other occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care Educate Patients and Families: Share therapeutic techniques and strategies with patients and their families to encourage sustained progress at home Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal patient care Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program Ongoing education or certifications are highly encouraged and supported Certifications

Valid

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license Required certification from

NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) Skills
