Job Description Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and develop personalized intervention strategies designed to help them reach their therapeutic objectives Implement Evidence-Based Techniques: Employ methods grounded in the latest research to promote improvements in patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and well-rounded patient care Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide knowledge and support to patients and their caregivers on effective therapy practices that facilitate progress at home Regularly Evaluate Progress: Monitor treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to keep patients on track toward achieving their goals Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution Encouraged and supported ongoing education and post-graduate certifications Certifications

Active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license required NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must-have Skills
