Provide direct patient care, including triage, assessment, and treatment of emergency conditions. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Monitor and interpret vital signs, symptoms, and diagnostic results. Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and emergency interventions. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and post-care instructions. Candidate requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing. 2 professional references Current BLS, ACLS, NIH, TNCC, and PALS certifications. Strong clinical skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
