Provide strategic leadership and operational management for the critical care unit. Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to build and maintain a skilled and cohesive team. Manage departmental budgets, resources, and equipment to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with other hospital departments and external partners to enhance patient care and service delivery. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development. Candidate requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. 1 year of experience in cardiac ICU or critical care nursing. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong clinical skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
