Job Description Create Tailored Therapy Protocols: Assess patients' needs and design personalized treatment strategies to assist them in reaching their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Apply research-based practices to improve patients' motor proficiency, cognitive abilities, and daily life skills. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Educate Patients and Caregivers: Instruct patients and their families in therapeutic techniques to facilitate continuous progress at home. Track and Review Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify strategies as necessary to keep patients on the path towards their goals. Education

Obtained a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Continuous education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported. Certifications

Possess an active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required. Skills
