As our
In-House Recruiter , you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for clinical and administrative positions. You'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring we attract top talent to meet growing patient needs. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles including Registered Nurses (RNs), LPNs, therapists, and administrative staff Home Health Aides (HHAs), Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize hiring goals. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates (online sourcing, job boards, social media, community outreach, etc.). Conduct interviews, coordinate candidate screenings, and manage job offers. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing hiring needs. Ensure compliance with DOH, CMS, and CHHA regulations throughout the hiring process. Track and report recruitment metrics, turnover trends, and hiring timelines. Represent the agency at job fairs, community events, and hiring events. Qualifications: 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or homecare settings. Knowledge of CHHA regulatory requirements and hiring standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Bilingual (English/Spanish or other) a plus. What We Offer: Competitive base salary + recruitment bonuses.
