Your Responsibilities: As a CNA at Willow Tree, you will be instrumental in delivering personalized care and support based on each resident's individual service plan. Our approach centers around kindness, professionalism, and respect for the dignity and privacy of our residents. Your key duties will include: Providing exceptional care and assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs) and personal hygiene. Responding promptly to resident call lights with a caring and proactive attitude. Ensuring residents receive appropriate dietary options, understanding their preferences, and dietary needs. Recording vital signs as requested by nursing staff. Alerting the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions immediately. Qualifications: Possession of a current CNA certificate. A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to providing extraordinary care. Ability to thrive in both team settings and independent work environments.
