Your Responsibilities:
In alignment with our mission, CNAs play an essential role in assisting residents with their daily living activities and personal care, as guided by their individual service plans. The Stellar approach is defined by kindness, professionalism, and respect for the dignity and privacy of our treasured residents. Your duties will include:
Delivering Exceptional Resident Care and Support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Personal Hygiene
Responding to Patient Call Lights with Compassion and Efficiency
Ensuring Residents’ Dietary Needs are Met by Understanding Their Preferences and Restrictions
Recording Vital Signs as Requested by Nursing Staff
Promptly Reporting Any Changes in Resident Conditions to the Nurse in Charge
Qualifications:
Active CNA Certification
Positive Attitude and Commitment to Going Above and Beyond for Our Residents
Ability to Collaborate Effectively as Part of a Team or Work Independently
