NICU RN is needed at Jersey City Medical Center! *RWJBH Facilities*
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of current NICU experience - Active License - Current AHA BLS, NRP - Level 2 and Level 3 Neonatal ICU -Will float to mother baby unit to care for newborns - Proficiency with Dysrhythmia Interpretation/Management, Feedings (bottle, breast, gavage), Placement/Management of oral/nasogastric/nasojejunal tubes, Arterial line management, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, UAC (Umbilical Artery Catheter), UVC (Umbilical Vein Catheter), Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, Ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP), CPAP - 2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year
Shift Details: - Shift Times: 1900-0730
Orientation Details: 1 day computer training at home on Monday, 2nd day on-unit @ 7a on Tuesday
Additional Details: - Charting system: Epic - 1 year separation for previous staff - Parking is free in unassigned spots -Allowed to work 2 shifts a week max! - Please be aware of sub review turnaround time could take 1-2 weeks!
