Job Highlights Craft Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' unique needs and devise personalized therapy plans that guide them towards their functional targets. Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply scientifically-supported techniques to promote enhancement of patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily life activities. Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic and comprehensive care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide training and resources to patients and their loved ones, fostering ongoing progress and understanding of therapy techniques at home. Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients stay on their path to recovery. Educational Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution Support encouraged for continuing education or post-graduate certifications to enhance professional expertise Certifications Needed

Valid and active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must Required Skills
