Job Responsibilities Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help achieve their functional objectives Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive functioning, and everyday activities Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide holistic, comprehensive care Educate Patients and their Families: Equip patients and caregivers with knowledge of therapy techniques to encourage continued progress at home Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Observe clinical advancements and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications encouraged and well-supported Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Required Skills
