Job Responsibilities Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design personalized therapy strategies that assist them in reaching their functional aspirations Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to boost patients' motor capabilities, cognitive skills, and daily living functions Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care Guide Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families effective therapy approaches to facilitate progress beyond the clinical environment Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure they remain on track Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Essential Skills
