Travel Surgical Tech - CVOR Teh - CERTIFICATION IS MANDATORY Certifications: BLS Scheduling requirements: M-F 0500-1330 On Call Requirements: Stay late 1-2/week Floating policy: Within scope of practice and experience Patient Experience requirements: Critical Care experience a must, Pre Op experience a plus Requested Skill Set: BCMA, excellent documentation, ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity patient area, excellent communication skills with interdepartmental team Must have: good critical thinking skills Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 4 Patient Ratios: 1:1 Unit staffing description-RNs, support from CNC, secretary, Manager, etc. shared with CVOR Type of equipment: GE Carescape Monitoring, Fuji u/s Documentation system: Cerner Procedures performed on unit: large-bore IV starts, chin to toe hair removal, medication administration, skin assessment, assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement.
