Description Evaluate patients within both inpatient and outpatient environments and implement personalized treatment strategies Administer interventions that aim at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and home exercise regimens Accurately document evaluations, treatment activities, and patient progress ensure compliance with facility regulations Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and team conferences to foster coordinated patient care Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution Certifications

State license as a

Physical Therapist CPR certification preferred Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory Skills

Prior experience strongly preferred Ability to provide care for patients with complex medical conditions and mobility challenges Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficient with digital charting and clinical documentation tools Benefits
