Compensation Pay Range:$85,000-$110,000 Per Year
Description Work with residents to enhance their ability to perform daily tasks and maintain independence. Assess physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized care plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to support activities of daily living and other meaningful activities. Educate residents and caregivers on strategies to promote independence and safety. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents' functional abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Implement therapeutic techniques such as ADL training and cognitive rehabilitation. Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Supervise occupational therapy assistants as needed. Participate in marketing efforts to promote services.
Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey. Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
