Description Conduct evaluations for patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings while crafting tailored treatment plans. Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality. Work closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise routines. Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progression in line with facility protocols and regulations. Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure cohesive patient care. Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a related degree from a recognized program. Certifications

State licensure as a

Physical Therapist . CPR certification is an asset but not mandatory. Additional specialized certifications (e.g., in neurology, geriatrics) are advantageous but not essential. Skills

Prior experience is highly preferred. Ability to treat patients with complex medical conditions and mobility challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in utilizing electronic charting and clinical documentation systems. Benefits
