Key Responsibilities Perform thorough patient evaluations, including comprehensive physical examinations and in-depth medical history reviews. Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions through careful analysis of imaging studies and laboratory results. Provide crucial intraoperative support, including preparing surgical settings, ensuring patient readiness, and managing instruments during operations. Deliver outstanding pre-and post-operative care by administering medications, providing wound management, and guiding discharge planning and education. Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Completion of clinical rotations with a strong surgical emphasis is highly preferred. Required Certifications
Active and unrestricted
PA-C
certification. BLS
and
ACLS
certifications are mandatory. State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant. Essential Skills
