Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and motivated
Full Time Physical Therapist (PT)
to join a highly respected healthcare facility in the breathtaking town of

Position Overview The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement patient-specific treatment programs to restore mobility, improve strength, and enhance overall quality of life. You will work closely with a supportive rehabilitation team and make a direct impact on patient outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients' functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy to restore mobility, strength, and coordination Educate patients and families on exercise programs and lifestyle adjustments Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document patient progress accurately and timely Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations Education and Certification Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Current
New Mexico Physical Therapist License
(or ability to obtain) Current BLS certification required Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills About Taos, NM Living and working in
