Job Responsibilities Create Individualized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and design tailored treatment strategies to help them meet their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and everyday living activities. Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough, patient-centered care. Educate Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families on therapy methods to promote continuous progress at home. Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery paths for your patients. Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Ongoing education and post-grad certifications are encouraged and supported. Licensure

Valid

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must. Competencies

A genuine passion for helping others and a strong desire to promote independence. Effective and empathetic communication skills with patients and team members alike.
