Job Description Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based approaches to improve motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers on therapy modalities to encourage continuous progress at home Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans to keep patients on track Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Ongoing education and advanced certifications encouraged and supported Certifications
