Job Description Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess and analyze individual patient needs to formulate bespoke therapy programs that facilitate their recovery goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ proven strategies to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks. Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work synergistically with fellow OTs, PTs, STs along with medical professionals to ensure rounded and complete patient care. Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods to promote continued progress at home. Track and Assess Progress: Vigilantly monitor patient outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to keep progress on track. Education
Holder of a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications Certifications
Possession of an active
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required Skills
