Job Responsibilities Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven methodologies to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide thorough, patient-centric care Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapy practices to facilitate ongoing progress at home Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients stay on the path to recovery Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Commitment to lifelong learning and post-graduate certifications encouraged Certifications
Current and active
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required Essential Skills
