Job Responsibilities Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of oral health conditions using evidence-based approaches Provide general dentistry services, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and other restorative and preventive procedures Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with dental regulations Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists to provide high-quality, patient-centered care Maintain full compliance with all state dental board and regulatory agency protocols Provide a warm and professional chairside manner that enhances patient trust and satisfaction Minimum Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school Valid and active New Jersey dental license in good standing Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing in a U.S. dental office Must be eligible for credentialing with private and government insurance plans Proficient in diagnostics, preventive care, restorative dentistry, and routine dental procedures Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and active listening skills Ability to work collaboratively with a dental team while maintaining a patient-first mindset Compensation & Benefits
