Responsibilities: • Manage dental hygienists, associate dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, and communicate with support staff regarding patient care plans • Examine the patients’ teeth thoroughly using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments to spot signs of dental diseases and determine the overall state of dental health • Recommend and perform preventive dental care treatments such as flossing, fillings, sealants, x-rays, and fluoride applications, and cosmetic dental services such as whitening when indicated • Determine and diagnose oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems including root canals, surgical extractions, cleanings, and restoration • Conduct work that is compliant with office policies and procedures; safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines; and infection and infectious diseases control standards Qualifications: • Current and unrestricted state license in good standing • Board Eligible and/or Board Certified in General Dentistry • 2+ years in clinical or private practice dentistry experience is required • Should be computer proficient • A Doctor of Dental Surgery/DDS or Doctor of Dental Medicine/ DMD degree from an ADA accredited dental school, and a Bachelor’s degree are required • Years of experience working with restorative cases & surgical procedures Compensation: $400,000 yearly •
