Job Description Tailor Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and craft individualized therapy strategies to help them realize their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and everyday tasks. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their loved ones on therapeutic techniques to ensure continued progress at home. Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track. Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Support for continuing education and post-graduate certifications. Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must. Skills
