Travel Nursing - Medical/Surgical RN Unit:
Med/Surg Telemetry, Orthopedic, Adult Care Shifts:
12-hour rotating shifts (7a-7p and/or 7p-7a) Hours per Week:
36 Assignment Length:
13 weeks (Start: 9/1/2025, End: 12/1/2025) On-Call:
No call required Estimated Weekly Salary:
$1990 - $2130 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Hawaii or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience (Telemetry and/or Orthopedic experience preferred) BLS certification (American Heart Association required) Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress in accordance with hospital standards Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and ongoing care Maintain a safe, supportive, and compliant environment for patients and staff
