Administrative Assistant to join the Global Data Analytics & Data Science Department.The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the department's EVP and assist with larger departmental needs.

Responsibilities:
Manage heavy scheduling and calendar management, including the coordination of meetings with multiple participants. Coordinate meeting logistics, decks, display presentations, etc. Process expense reports and perform invoicing for a variety of different areas. Prepare purchase requisitions, follow up on vendor onboarding status, prep and code documents for payment. Assist and work with other departments and key contacts as needed Administrative Assistant
Qualifications:
1-2 years of admin or coordinator role experience. General interest in film is preferred. Proficient with software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding issues or information received. Shift:
9 am to 6:00 pm. Possible overtime expected.
