Administrative Assistant

Work Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Working Model)

Summary

: The Global Data Analytics & Data Science Department for the client is looking for a temp admin to provide administrative support to the department's EVP and assist with larger departmental needs. The Global Data Analytics & Data Science Department supports for the client by enabling data-informed decision-making across the U.S. and key global territories.

Responsibilities:

Heavy scheduling and calendar management including the coordination of meetings with multiple participants Coordinate meeting logistics, decks, display presentations, etc. Process expense reports and perform invoicing for a variety of different areas Draft correspondence and prepare presentations Assist and work with other departments and key contacts as needed Orders and monitors office supplier Prepares purchase requisitions, follow up on vendor onboard status, preps and codes documents for payment Coordinate and support all administrative duties in the office Other duties as assigned Coordinate and maintain travel itineraries and expenses, books travel Required Qualifications:

1+ years of admin or coordinator role experience Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding issues or information received Upbeat, friendly, self-starting, positive Ability to work hybrid schedule (including on-site days)

Pay Rate:

$26/hour W2
