Administrative Assistant
BizTek People is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a background in Investment Banking for a client located in New York, NY! Work Schedule: In-office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overview: A detail-oriented Administrative Assistant is needed to support multiple officers and associates in a fast-paced Investment & Corporate Banking environment. This team player will act as a temporary assistant to the department and collaborate with the broader administrative team as needed. Responsibilities: Coordinate travel arrangements for senior staff, including ground transportation, flights, and hotel accommodations Process detailed and timely expense reports via Concur for employee reimbursement; follow up on missing receipts and payment status as necessary Schedule and coordinate meetings using Outlook; manage officer availability, organize guest passes, and arrange catering as required Answer, screen, and route telephone calls; respond to inquiries from internal and external clients, liaising with senior-level individuals across the firm Communicate firm policies and procedures regarding client entertainment Support general office functions such as ordering supplies and managing mail distribution Qualifications: Extensive experience with Concur Strictly 5 years+ of administrative experience, preferably in the finance industry Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills Detail-oriented with a consistently positive and professional demeanor Strong ability to multitask and work independently in a team setting Familiarity with corporate office standards including professionalism and business etiquette Exercises sound judgment, discretion, and maintains a high level of confidentiality Education: College degree
