Entry Level Administrative Assistant
to support our community management operations. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys helping people and working in a team environment. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by handling a range of administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly Communicate clearly and courteously with homeowners, vendors, and team members Compose and process letters, notices, and other correspondence to homeowners Organize and maintain digital filing systems Assist with preparing and processing mass mailings Perform word processing tasks such as document formatting, editing, and proofreading Input and update data using Microsoft Excel and other office software Provide general office support to community managers and staff as needed Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Strong word processing and written communication skills Friendly and professional telephone etiquette Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required
