Executive Assistant

In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to both the CFO, Defense & Systems and the Senior HR Business Partner, Defense & Systems. Essential Responsibilities:

Manage the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Design and ensure (including content coordination) operating mechanisms such as 1:1s, team meetings (including in-person/virtual offsites), all hands meeting etc., are conducted Draft and review organizational announcements for the leader in partnership with Internal communications Manage travel arrangements and create & submit expense reports Provide special meeting/event planning and logistics (offsites, all-hands, team activities, retirement events, etc.) Compile and format leadership pitches, organizational communications, and other special projects Regularly handle and protect confidential and/or sensitive information Qualifications/Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of executive administrative support experience Desired Characteristics:

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders, executive assistants and team members across all levels of the organization. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Quick and eager learner. Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively.
