Human Resources
team, the
HR Generalist
will
provide support to
the US Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams
by
becoming the primary point of contact for the operational delivery of HR needs.
Reporting to the HR Manager,
the Generalist wi
ll support
and lead HR functions with their support groups. About the Role: Develop relationships with managers and employees
, provide
coaching
to employees
on
work-related issues or concerns
.
Ensure corporate
policies
and procedures are understood and adhered to
while determining
when issues need to be escalated for resolution. Intake of
employee relations issues, ensure procedures are properly followed and paperwork
is
completed and filed, keep the lines of communication open between managers and their employees
and PIPs
. Collaborate with hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently and effectively
; t
rack and report on key recruiting metrics including time to fill, time to start, and quality of hire (e.g., 90-day retention, hiring manager feedback).
Support onboarding processes and evaluate effectiveness to ensure a smooth new hire experience. Monitor performance review completion rates and support managers in the review process. Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Contribute to HR projects focused on process optimization and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
, Labor Relations or related field. 3+
years’ experience
in an HR Advisor/Generalist role
. U.S. employment law and legislation knowledge required
. Practical decision-making ability in complex situations; ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in all situations. Experience with ATS, HRIS, and MS
suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Preferred Qualifications: Talent acquisition experience
including
sourcing
and interviewing. Experience with remote or sales teams
.
