Overview We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking HRIS Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading key initiatives that enhance Human Capital Management system functionality and user experience as well as the day-to-day maintenance and support. You will have the opportunity to lead system implementations and drive continuous improvements that support both operational efficiency and strategic HR goals.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of Laborie’s new HRIS system, including leading assigned modules and enhancements from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
Serve as the owner and subject matter expert for designated HRIS modules.
Manage system updates, configurations, and testing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across HR functions.
Optimize onboarding and offboarding workflows within the system to enhance the employee experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of technical experience in HRIS administration, HR systems support, or HR operations with a strong systems focus.
Expert level implementation experience with one or more major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and demonstrated experience with implementation, including configuration, testing, and post-launch support.
Strong understanding of HR process workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits, timekeeping, and talent management.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in HRIS platforms or project management (e.g., PMP, SHRM-CP) a plus.
Creative problem solver who seeks to understand root causes of any situations with analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and identify trends; proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
