Redstone Private Banking Search are working with a leading Swiss Private Bank looking to hire two senior professionals to join their domestic U.S. team in Miamione focused on acquiring new UHNW clients (hunter) and the other on managing and expanding those relationships (farmer). Key Responsibilities / Tasks Develop and execute a targeted strategy to acquire new UHNW Miami (US) domestic (W9) clients Present a strong business plan and demonstrate a transferable book of business Focus on opening relationships and generating AUM growth for handover to the senior RM Collaborate with the investment advisory and compliance teams based in Switzerland Serve as the primary point of entry for new business development Relationship Manager (Farmer): Take over newly onboarded client relationships to provide ongoing management and service Deliver long-term investment and wealth planning solutions, leveraging Swiss-based advisory teams Cultivate deep client loyalty and expand relationships within families and networks Ensure high-quality service, compliance, and retention of client assets Act as a strategic contact point for cross-border investment and booking matters Roles report to Head of Wealth Management Miami Key Qualifications / Experience Proven track record working with U.S. domestic (W9) UHNW individuals and families Hunter role requires a portable client network and a clear business development plan Farmer role requires experience managing long-term relationships and cross-border investments Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory environment and offshore booking (Switzerland) Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work collaboratively in Role is to be based in Miami Seniority level
