per hour. Job Responsibilities
Preparing for daily client visits Prepping clothing to be delivered Locating necessary client information (A/R balances, sales sheet) Updating sales materials regarding fabrics/options Coordinating and maintaining all client orders/files Communicating with clients: setting up appointments, providing order status, scheduling deliveries, sending reminders Supporting the sales efforts by communicating regularly with the sales professional and team Meeting with the sales professional to set goals Managing daily calendar and organizing inventory Pursuing process and communication efficiencies Picking up and delivering client items as needed Prospecting new clients via internet and social media Entering referrals into proprietary system Sending introductory and promotional messages Creating call and hot lists Delivering exceptional customer service with factories, vendors, and clients Maintaining a professional image for corporate interactions Candidate Criteria
Confident, independent worker Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening) Excellent organizational and time management skills Professional customer service skills Social media savvy (LinkedIn & Instagram) Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Forms Basic accounting skills Flexible and able to multitask Motivated to face challenges Enjoys fast-paced team environments Able to lift up to 20 lbs Valid Drivers License (exceptions in larger metro areas) Two years of office-related experience preferred Experience in sales environments a plus Additional Details
