Apex Systems
Conducts basic to moderately complex operational analyses supporting informed decision-making within the business unit, under the guidance of a Sr. Business Analyst, Business Analyst I, or immediate supervisor. Key responsibilities include managing medium to large special projects, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, designing and modifying processes, and developing reports. Applies standardized tools and techniques with limited mentoring and guidance. 1 to 3 years of related experience preferred. A Bachelors degree is preferred.
Supports day-to-day operations for Billing Options programs, including eBill, Summary Bill, EDI, Budget Bill, and Fixed Rate.
The ideal candidate should have:
