Product Manager, Seamless Ordering , you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of a leading customer experience within the Popeyes App and Website. Your role involves understanding customer needs and business goals to develop a strategic roadmap based on thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement exceptional customer experiences. Experience in building and A/B testing data-driven, consumer-facing products that prioritize customer needs, accelerate purchase decisions, and enhance satisfaction and sales is essential. This position is based in Miami, FL, and requires in-office presence five days a week. Role and Requirements
Define the roadmap for Popeyes digital experiences, balancing operational improvements and new feature delivery that maximize value for guests. Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to performance measurement, ensuring timely delivery of growth initiatives aligned with business and guest needs. Analyze product metrics, business performance, and A/B test results to inform ongoing improvements, track progress, and report to leadership. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure a cohesive, on-brand omni-channel guest experience. Support national promotions and menu initiatives to ensure seamless digital ordering experiences. Identify long-term digital opportunities based on research and market trends to create compelling guest experiences that differentiate Popeyes. Ensure the quality and craftsmanship of the developed experiences. Qualifications and Skills
3+ years of product management experience with large-scale consumer-facing products, especially in e-commerce. Proven success in launching products that improve user experience and drive business results. Strong analytical skills, experience with product data, metrics, and rapid iteration based on user feedback. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a good understanding of agile methodologies. Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Passion for customer-centric innovation and digital transformation. Results-oriented with a proactive approach and a commitment to excellence.
