Overview Our client is seeking a
Senior Application Analyst
to support the ERP Finance and Supply Chain segment, with a primary focus on the
Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) . This role will be based onsite at the client warehouse and requires hands-on technical, analytical, and application support expertise. Key Responsibilities Provide IT application support for Infor WMS and other warehouse-related applications. Analyze, design, test, and implement system solutions, patches, and upgrades. Collaborate with users, Client leadership, ISD resources, and vendors to scope, prioritize, and deliver enhancements. Monitor and maintain integrity of data and interfaces between warehouse systems; identify and resolve failures/errors. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and coordinate testing efforts. Provide after-hours/on-call technical support as part of a rotation. Act as a resource and mentor to junior analysts, supporting complex problem resolution. Qualifications Associates degree plus 2 years experience, or 4+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree. Minimum 3 years experience in application analysis, design, testing, and implementation within healthcare or large corporate systems. Proven experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (Infor WMS strongly preferred). Knowledge of SQL (ability to write and update scripts required). Experience with data flows, application interfaces, and Windows servers. ERP system experience is a plus. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide customer-focused solutions. Additional Requirements Onsite support at the clients warehouse is required. 30 to 50% of work may involve cross-team/vendor coordination. Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive information. Seniority level
