We are seeking a Senior Application Analyst to support our Infor
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
and related
applications
at our
Houston, TX warehouse . The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in
system support, troubleshooting, and application maintenance , along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves collaborating closely with warehouse teams, IT, and vendors to ensure
seamless system operation, implement hotfixes and patches, and contribute to continuous process improvements . What Youll Do Provide
IT application support
for Infor WMS and related warehouse systems. Manage
system upgrades, patches, and hotfixes , including testing and deployment. Work directly with warehouse users and leadership to
document issues and enhancements , and coordinate solutions. Monitor
data flows and system interfaces , resolving errors and ensuring data integrity. Use
Windows servers
and
SQL scripting
to troubleshoot and support systems. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to manage projects and issue resolution. Participate in
on-call support rotation
for after-hours coverage. What Were Looking For Experience with
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong knowledge of
Windows servers Proficiency in
SQL
(developing and updating scripts) Excellent
communication and organizational skills Ability to manage
tasks, projects, and priorities
effectively Willingness to provide
on-call support Nice to Have: Prior experience with
ERP systems
(Infor or similar) Qualifications Associates degree + 2 years of experience, OR 4 years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree At least
3 years of IT application support experience
(preferably in large or complex environments) Strong background in
system analysis, design, testing, and implementation Seniority level
