Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and talented Pizza Cook to prepare, cook, and serve pizzas in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a kitchen setting and a passion for crafting amazing pizzas. Responsibilities:
Prepare pizza dough, sauce, and toppings according to restaurant recipes and standards
Cook pizzas in a conveyor pizza oven
Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection with attention to flavor, texture, and appearance
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while ensuring food quality
Follow all safety and sanitation regulations
Assist in other kitchen duties as needed, including prepping ingredients and cleaning equipment
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of ingredient shortages
Ensure consistency in every pizza served to maintain the high standards of the restaurant
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a kitchen role is preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong knowledge of pizza ingredients, dough preparation, and cooking methods
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for food quality
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
