We are currently hiring a motivated and reliable Vacation Sales Closer to support our client’s high-volume sales team in Pompano Beach. Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About Our Client

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and warm outbound vacation sales calls
• Close qualified leads provided by the marketing team
• Build rapport quickly and professionally with prospective clients
• Present vacation packages with confidence and clarity
• Follow all sales protocols and maintain call center standards
• Track and report daily sales activity and results
Requirements:
• Well-spoken and confident communicator
• Strong work ethic with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Preferably 1+ year of call center or phone-based sales experience
• Previous experience in vacation sales is a strong plus
• Goal-driven and comfortable in a performance-based environment
Compensation & Growth:
• $500 weekly base salary
• 20% commission on all personal sales
• Weekly earning potential of $1,200–$2,000+ depending on performance
• High-quality leads and marketing support provided
• Advancement opportunities within the sales organization
