Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts) Training:

4 weeks of onsite training, same hours as above Role Summary: This is a remote-based customer service role supporting healthcare providers such as clinics and physician offices. Youll be the first point of contact for incoming calls, helping resolve inquiries related to benefits, billing, authorizations, and claims. The position emphasizes first-call resolution, compassionate communication, and accurate documentation. Youll be part of a team that directly contributes to improving health outcomes by connecting providers with the resources they need.
