The company is seeking for a Director of OSP Construction to be at the helm of a massive and growing construction operation, overseeing underground construction activities across 15 markets. Ensure successful project execution, from permitting to final engineering, across 15 different markets. Liaise with clients, including major companies like AT&T, ensuring projects meet their standards and timelines. Lead and mentor a team, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with company goals. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in OSP construction, with knowledge of underground work, permitting, and engineering. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews across various markets. Experience with large-scale projects and managing high-volume construction activities. Ability to relocate or be based near Minneapolis; office in Charter, just 20 minutes from Bloomington. Benefits: Company truck, field card.
