36 (Guaranteed) Estimated Weekly Salary Range:
$2,830-$3,030 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in Labor & Delivery Graduate of an accredited nursing program Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification ACLS certification Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field Preferred:
Five (5) plus years of recent Labor & Delivery experience Preferred:
One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years Preferred:
High Risk OB experience L&D RN Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care in the Labor & Delivery unit Monitor and assess mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Respond to high-risk and emergency situations with clinical expertise Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
