Provide overall leadership and direction for Class A office interior construction projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met. Develop project strategies, work plans, and risk management approaches. Oversee client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Guide and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field staff. Negotiate contracts, change orders, and major project decisions with clients and subcontractors. Lead project meetings, oversee documentation, and ensure compliance with codes, safety, and standards. Drive successful project closeout, including final inspections, warranties, and client handover.
