1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Des Electrical LLC , a growing electrical contracting company based in Miami, FL, is looking for a highly organized and bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer communication via phone and email. Schedule and coordinate field technicians and project timelines. Handle estimates, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. Organize documents, purchase orders, and internal records. Obtain and manage city permits and inspection appointments. Coordinate with vendors and manage materials tracking. Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Experience using Housecall Pro is preferred, or must have strong willingness and ability to learn it quickly. Strong knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction or service industry. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work onsite at our Miami office. What We Offer: Professional and supportive work environment.
