Corporate Receptionist
to join a thriving investment firm in Downtown Houston. The
Corporate Receptionist
will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and personable, with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to adapt to a dynamic office environment. A self-starter who brings energy, initiative, and professionalism to the role will thrive and be well-positioned for expanded responsibilities in the future.

Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate:
$20.00-$25.00/hour Hours:
Part-time (15-18 hours per week) Benefits:
Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more. Schedule:
Flexible - Hours can be distributed evenly throughout the week or grouped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for approximately 5-6 hours per day, depending on availability and office needs.
Corporate Receptionist Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Support general office administration and assist with day-to-day tasks Prepare and tidy meeting rooms before and after use Place office supply and lunch orders as requested Receive and organize incoming supplies and materials Assist with implementing and maintaining filing systems, including the organization of printer and supply areas Provide light support to leadership and team members as needed Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and common area Answer and route incoming calls or messages professionally Other duties as assigned Corporate Receptionist Skills and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive and energetic attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Corporate Receptionist Education and Experience:
Previous experience in an office or receptionist/administrative support role preferred A minimum of a high school diploma is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred Corporate Receptionist
