Warehouse Manager

to help keep our operations organized, efficient, and prepared to support our technicians in delivering top-tier service. What You’ll Do

As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a vital role in our day-to-day success by maintaining a highly organized, well-stocked, and efficient warehouse environment. You will: Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory, staging, and material handling

Manage the

truck replenishment ,

material return , and

purchase order

processes

Organize

next-day and scheduled installs

by staging material and equipment

Supervise warehouse staff and monitor their daily performance to maximize efficiency

schedule, maintain and organize truck maintenance and repairs,

create and systemise warehouse procedures and operations for growth

Conduct

full and cycle counts

on all inventory – both warehouse and truck-based

Handle

warranty return processing

and track all inbound materials

Schedule and oversee

vehicle maintenance

and repair schedules

Ensure proper

tool maintenance and tracking

Negotiate with vendors for material pricing and ensure timely and cost-effective ordering

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

What You Bring to the Table

Experience in

supply chain, inventory, or warehouse operations

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong knowledge of

inventory management systems

Self-motivated and resourceful; capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills

fantastic orginzatnal skills

Ability to analyze and drive

key performance indicators (KPIs)

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Leadership capabilities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Confident negotiator with the ability to secure favorable vendor terms
