General Manager Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $55,000$58,000
Annual bonus potential up to 1% of store sales (averaging $15,000/year)

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant leadership role
Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team
Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Valid U.S. work authorization and drivers license
ServSafe certification is a plus
General Manager Must Haves
Hands-on leadership: actively work the floor and lead by example
Build and train a high-performing team that delivers excellent guest service
Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain strong vendor relationships
Ensure the restaurant is clean, compliant, and running smoothly
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Quickly address staffing, service, or operational issues as they arise
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
Experience in a fast-casual or limited-service restaurant environment
History of reducing costs and increasing sales through strategic planning
Familiarity with scheduling software, POS systems, and labor management
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality
Desire to grow with a company that invests in its leaders
