Place personal safety and safety of others before all else. Provide excellent customer service. Utilize 988 Loader to feed Telsmith Crushing Plant with recycled concrete and asphalt rubble. Load finished aggregate into customer trucks when required. Inspect and manage inbound rubble stream and stockpiles. Assist the crushing plant operator with routine maintenance, repairs, and mechanical inspections. Perform daily safety equipment inspections and routine loader maintenance. Develop skills through onsite training to become backup Telsmith crusher plant operator. Maintain environmental records and BMP infrastructure throughout the branch site. Work independently and in a team environment; communicate effectively with team members and customers. Align work with Graniterock's Strategic Priorities and business objectives. Minimum Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Skills:
Loader operation, welding, mechanical skills, safety consciousness, self-motivation, excellent customer service skills. Experience:
3-5 years of Loader operator experience with 980 or 988 (or equivalent) equipment. Desired Qualifications
Welding and mechanical skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish. 8+ years Loader operator and crusher experience. Additional Requirements
Valid CA Driver's License and clean driving record. Team player with a positive attitude and reliability. Job Details
